There are many benefits of living in a manufactured home community: you don’t pay property taxes, and in some cases sewer and utilities you have a community to live in which is so needed in the United States right now and for the cost of an apartment you don’t have neighbors right next to you, you have your own space you can afford home ownership which alludes many Americans. The manufactured home industry is providing a viable option to affordable housing, and Havenpark is taking that one step further by creating premier living experiences within our communities.
